I am guessing I can use different banners (stars) for alternate ladder groups.
How do I make it so the stars or banner changed once achievement is made?
An I safe in assuming that there will not be a jump from one group to another as points add up?

Members who are in a groups that is part of a ladder group will automatically be moved to the group corresponding to the number of points they have when they post.

If you do not want members to change groups then place them in to a group that is not part of a ladder system.

Bruce, thank you for your response.
for clarification if I have a primary ladder group and a secondary ladder group, (will) a person will climb both groups based on assigned points.

what I am trying to do is have tiers where full members (primary) have more access, but rewards with posts.
the non full members (secondary) not being able to get full group (primary) ladder unles they become a full member.

edit to add clarification

Members can only be part of 1 ladder group.

Bruce, thanks again. but your first post seems to contradict your second post. But for anyone searching
Multiple groups can be set up. a member will only climb the group they are in.
Different groups have different access.
A admin can change the group they are in
