So often we speak out when we have had bad service, but seldom do we share good experiences.

I have been with webwiz for as long as I can remember and have never ever had a bad service.

Bruce and his team are punctual and very reliable. When I need support, I send off my ticket and usually have a replay inside of an hour! (Depending on the time of day - longest I waited was overnight when I submitted a ticket after midnight)

Just this morning I sent in a ticket and got a reply and a solution in under an hour. That's impressive!

I have hosting companies around the world and the only one that REALLY cares about it's customers are the guys at webwiz,

So if you are considering a new host, from experience, I can tell you that you won't find a better one.

I want to 2nd this. Customer support here with WebWiz hosting is and always has been fantastic. Very quick and helpful responses from the guy who actually runs things and knows what he is talking about!

I've used Web Wiz Forums since about 2005, and have hosted here for a large number of those years. The value has always been A+ in my opinion. It just works. That's huge, although it doesn't sound wow or sexy - but is critical.

I love the software, the user control panel for hosting is damn good nowadays, and of course service is fast. I can usually count that when I submit a ticket (Pacific coast time) that by the next morning I'll have an answer 90% of the time (one business day for Bruce in England) and always in two at the most.
