Hello. I have a problem. There is a user in my forum (spanish). He can write usually when he is into Spain. The problem is when he tries to write from Germany. He reports me that in germany can login in forum, but there is no way to write in.
Is there any solution?

Check in the IP Country Blocking in the admin area that you are not blocking German IP addresses for using your forum.

The only other reason I can think of is that they have an issue with the computer that they are using.
It could be a browser plugin causing an issue or Internet Security/Malware software causing the problem.
