When a user puts up a post, sometimes the notification mails don't get sent.  Most of the time they do. I am using CDOSYS on a Win 2008r server. Can anyone suggest how I can troubleshoot this?  It happens about 10% of the time. We can see the post but sometimes no one subscribed to the mailings gets the mail.

By default Web Wiz Forums will only send one notification per user when someone replies in a topic they are subscribed to.

The email will come through saying that someone has replied in a topic they are subscribed to and there maybe other replies.

No other email notification is sent until the user visits the forum again.

To change this default behaviour in the Email Settings in the admin area enable 'Send All Post Notifications'. This will then send notifications of every post even if the user has not returned to the forum.

I problem of users not getting email is not just about replies but the original post.  They get it most of the time but not some of the time.  All my users are subscribed to each forum for notification of all posts.

Then the issue is likely with your Mail Server and not with Web Wiz Forums.

Check that the emails are not bouncing due to incorrect SPF record, or rate limiting on your SMTP service.
