I have the apsjpeg tools loaded.

The effect of resizing

If an image is 1000 x 900, and I have settings to 300 x 400, the image is resized when loaded on the forum.

But in the shrunk format, you can see the detail on the image, and when I click the reduce image, the original size does not pop out??

How can one see the full size image, when the shink aspjpeg code is working ? Or maybe you cant?

I tried downloading image as 'Save As', and it only downloaded the shrink image?

If you set the image size in Web Wiz Forums then the image is shrunk and saved at that size.

A copy of the image at the original size is not saved as the idea of being able to set the image size is that forum members do not need to resize images before uploading them and the forum then resizes the image before it is saved.

This then has the benefit of images not causing formatting issues and that their allocated diskspace is not filled with large images that take up lots of space.
