This question may belong in a support topic, but not sure. My apologies if I'm posting it in the wrong place. If the post is moved, only hope I can find it so I can get the answer.

Anyway, possibly a very dumb question here. My computer guy is trying to upgrade to the latest version, but he's saying he can't do it because he now has to do it through the "member area", and there is no register or join feature. I've been using webwiz forums for 14 years, and I'm a little confused on simply upgrading to latest version.

If someone could please advise how to upgrade it would be much appreciated. Feel free to email me at ryanevans@aol.com. I'm really itching for the upgrade.

Kind regards,
Ryan

Sorry I have not a glue what your web guy means either or what "member area" he is referring to.

There is not a "member area" used for upgrading, so can only presume that your web guy maybe a little confused.

You may wish to point your web guy at the upgrade instructions found on the page below;

Awesome. He's done it a couple times in the past so not sure what he was talking about. I will point him towards the link you gave though.

Thanks Bruce!
