How to you get to images properties on mobile devices?
The one image icon (tree) only asks you for a web address for an image. The other image icon (tree with arrow) only asks you to upload an image.

Sounds like the WYSIWYG Editor is not enabled.
Make sure you are running the latest version of Web Wiz Forums and that you have the WYSIWYG Editor is not enabled in your forum profile.

It seems to be the same, whether WYSIWYG is enabled or not. How do you see the image properties via mobile? I am using Android chrome.
Quick update, Firefox brings up the image properties via android.
So this seems to be browser related?
We are running 11.10

Another issue, Edge on Windows 10 does not give you the image properties either.

Edge on Windows 10 does not support the WYSIWYG Editor meaning many features do not and will not work in Edge.

Ok, do you have a list of platforms/browsers that should support the WYSIWYG Editor on desktop and mobile?

All modern browsers with the exception of Edge.
There are many JavaScript methods that are not supported in Edge which breaks the WYSIWYG Editor.

Edge has never been supported in the WYSIWYG Editor.
To support Edge, either Microsoft need to fix he issues in their browser, or the whole WYSIWYG Editor will need to be rewritten which would take 100's of hours of development.

Unfortunately do not have any Windows 7 or Android Devices to check this on, but not heard of anyone else reporting issues on Windows 7 with Firefox or Android with Chrome and do not know of any changes that would have effected these browsers in the WYSIWYG Editor.

I have had a look and on Android the WYSIWYG Editor is supported only in Firefox and Opera.
On the Apple IPhone and IPad the WYSIWYG Editor is not supported at all.
The WYSIWYG Editor uses the Rich Text Editing (RTE) API built in to the web browser. If this is not available then the WYSIWYG Editor is not supported.

On android with chrome, if you click request desktop site you get the image properties pop up box and it works. This has started with the latest or next to latest release. We have some upset users too!

There are no Android devices here to test this on and seems a bit of a waste buying an Android device just to see this on for 20 minutes before it spends the rest of it's life sat in a draw.
If you could get the browser headers of a Chrome browser in Android that this works on then this can be used to detect browsers that support Rich text Editing.

Try adding the following to line 363 of functions/functions_common.asp and see if that resolves the issue.
'See if this is Chrome ElseIf inStr(1, strUserAgent, "Chrome", 1) Then RTEenabled = "Gecko"

As far as I am aware Apple still do not include the Rich Text Editing API with their mobile version of Safari and as they do not allow other browsers on their platform then you are stuck with the more basic editor on IOS devices.

Have tried the RTE on an IPad with Safari, Chrome and Firefox and they all now have an Rich Text Editing API that works the same as Firefox's Gecko engine.
Change line 346 of functions/functions_common.asp to the following to enable the RTE Editor for all browsers in IOS and see if it works in your IOS devices;

This looks to be Apple Safari on an Android device looking at the header, but could be wrong.
Do you know what devices and browser this is?
