This may seem like a daft question but I cannot find any information about how to access the secure folder on a site, i.e. secure.domain.co.uk - I can't see the folder via FTP log-in, and I can't see the folder in the file manager in our control panel. I've checked the forum and can't find any reference to this either. Any help would be appreciated?! Thanks!!

I am not sure what you mean when you refer to a 'secure folder'.

Is this a Password Protected Folder or a Shared SSL Folder you have setup on your website from your hosting control panel?

If this is not a general question and more specific to a folder you have setup on your hosting account you would likely find it faster to create a support ticket and we can then look at your account to see the folder you are are referring to.
