Can anyone offer advice for running WebWiz NewsPad in this environment? I understand the it is newer than the officially supported environment...

Can't get the install wizard to start. Getting this error when tried:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Windows Server 2012 R2 and IIS 8.5 and SQL 2012 is supported as is the new Windows Server 2016 IIS 10 and SQL Server 2016.

I suspect that your error is due to not having the IIS URL Write Module installed in IIS.

To fix the issue, either install IIS URL Write Module on the server or remove the web.config file from NewsPad.
