Does the Web Wiz Forums application have the functionality for allowing the user to add tags to threads/posts? Also, is there a "tag cloud" available in the application?

It is not something that is supported and as a tag cloud is bad for SEO due to keyword density and link bleeding ranking penalties it is not currently something that is planned to be added at this current time.
