Trying to update NewsPad, when I try to test the connection I'm getting this.
An Error Occurred Connecting to the Database
Error details:- Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Can't connect to MySQL server on 'ftp.websitelive.net' (10060)
I'm 100% confident I'm using the correct username and password, server I'm entering is ftp.websitelive.net (I'm hosted with yourselves), database name is newspad.
database folder has read/write/execute permissions.

You would use 'ftp.websitelive.net' to connect to the FTP service to transfer files from your computer to your website. This would not be used to connect to a database.
If you are using a mySQL database the hostname would be in the format of 'mysql2.websitelive.net'. The page below has details on connecting to mySQL databases;
https://www.webwiz.net/kb/web-hosting/connecting-to-mysql.htm" rel="nofollow - https://www.webwiz.net/kb/web-hosting/connecting-to-mysql.htm
If you click on the name of your mySQL database in the hosting control panel it will show you the host name for the database server your mySQL database is hosted on.
If you can not find your mySQL database host name create a support ticket in your client area account and we can look it up for you.

Ouch, schoolboy error.
So now I'm getting this:
An Error Occurred Connecting to the Database
Error details:- Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers [MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver]Access denied for user 'maluj'@'web20-ajax.websitelive.net' (using password: YES)
Which I assume is login/password issue.
The login is the one for phpMyAdmin, I couldn't remember the password so I reset it so I know it's correct. That is the correct login and password I should be using?
