Image Properties box displays to Choose file. (RTE_popup_adv_image.asp)

On Upload 
Dialogue box says "Please be patient while the image is being uploaded to the server."
Acknowledging Dialogue

/newspad/RTE_popup_adv_image.asp?PB=Y
500 - Internal server error
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I'm using WebWiz own servers

Looking at previous solutions tried - 21Nov17 suggestion
AspUpload_ProgressBar_Frame.asp
AspUpload_ProgressBar.asp    ...... to have added

<!-- #include file="language_files/RTE_language_file_inc.asp" -->

Issue remains - any suggestions ....

The fix you refer to only fixes and cosmetic issue which does not prevent the image being uploaded. Therefore I think you have a different issue.

I suspect a permissions issue. Make sure you have write permission enabled on the 'uploads' folder.

On a windows server you can not set permissions via FTP so you may need to contact your web host to find out how to set write permissions.

Opps  - spot on

Whilst I'd set permissions for the database - overlooked the uploads folder.

Loads picture fine now - path for preview isn't right - will raise ticket.
