Jmail subject does not seem to encode UTF-8.
Line 384 in functions_send_email is:
.Subject = strSubject & strPageEncoding

Which makes the actual subject of the the email when sent.... 'my subjectUTF-8' ..... instead of encoding it. Of course I could remove & strPageEncoding so I don't get the UTF-8 on the end of the subject but I really want to use £ for example in the subject but it won't get encoded.

If you can use AspEmail instead as it has much better support for encoding than JMail.
