I know Utube videos can easily be posted using the BB codes. Also there is the "insert movie" icon, but that seems to be restriced to Utube or flash.

Can one post any other format directly please?

As long as they use the same embedded format as YouTube of Flash.

Hi, on Web Wiz Forums® version 12.01, when we try to embed a video with a time stamp it does not work.

example:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZ0ZZhv0ogA&t=17041 " rel="nofollow - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZ0ZZhv0ogA&t=17041 ;

Intuitively one could try (replace curly brackets with square ones) :

{TUBE}hZ0ZZhv0ogA&t=17041{/TUBE}

but it fails.

Is there a method to embed youtube videos with a time stamp?

To prevent abuse where hackers could post malware, xsfr and other vulnerabilities that could affect people looking at the post there is a strict format for embedding YouTube videos so timestamps would not work.
