I have added a website pointer for our domain of www which results in a pointer of www.swindontennisclub.org, however it doesn't work.

It's something that we have had configured for a long time, but mostly we use swindontenisclub.org link instead, however a member noticed that on another website which links to ours they have used www.swindontennisclub.org and observed that it doesn't work. Get this

This site can’t be reached

www.swindontennisclub.org’s server IP address could not be found.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
