One of my members cannot log in. He may well have forgotten his password, but he used the password recovery email.

Still no luck.

I have manually reset his password to one of my choice, still no luck.

I tried to log in with his credentials and got this.

More than the maximum failed login attempts have been made on this account.
Please enter your details again, including security code.

I have checked, the account is active, and not suspended. Can you tell me how to get out of this situation please? What security code is this?

This is a bug in 12.02.

Please upgrade to 12.03 to fix the issue.
