Hello,

our File-Uploads faild for About 2 weeks. Nothing changed at that time.

We got an 500-Error:
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

We checked via Upload Component Test:
The 'File System Object' needs to be installed on the server in combination with one of the components below in order for Upload Features to work.

File System Object (FSO) - Installed

Persits AspUpload 3.x - Installed
Persits AspUpload - Installed
Dundas Upload - NOT Installed
SoftArtisans FileUp (SA FileUp) - NOT Installed
aspSmartUpload - NOT Installed
AspSimpleUpload - NOT Installed

We checked also security and Apllication Pool have Write/Read, Modify on Upload Folder.

Last we checked our Firewall an there is Nothing blocked regardind Uoloading Files via WebWiz.

Any suggestions? Would like to contact an WebWiz Pro to have an Paid remote session. Please get in touch.

Th usual reason would be that the 'Uploads' folder does not have permission for the website to write to the folder.

Try enabling detailed error message in IIS so that you get a detailed error message instead of the generic 500 error message. This should help track down the cause of the problem.
