How do I block access from other country to my forum?

I saw that has to be done on web.config but I didn't get how to!

If the server has the IP Address and Domain Restrictions module installed you can block traffic based IP but not country through the web.config.

If you are running the latest version of Web Wiz Forums you can from the admin area, block countries that can register on the forum.

You would use the 'Registration Country Block' tool in the forums admin area to select countries that you wish to block new users registering on your forum from.
