I have two domains registered with Webwiz along with my website and mail. In the last few weeks the company looking after me seems to have disappeared. No website, no phone, and e-mail all ignored. My concern is my domain names, as I cannot access them (as the hosts have the access details).  I am mentioned on the domain names as administrator but since all contact through the Webwiz site starts with username and password I am lost.

Can anyone help and advise how I can gain access to my own domains within Webwiz?

Ian

Nice to speak with you on the phone Ian.

We have messaged the reseller who you purchased your domains and hosting through and have asked them to get in contact with yourself.

Their account is being actively used, so hopefully they will be contact with you soon.

Thanks. I also appreciate your rime and reassurances. My worry was losing control of my domains.
I'll contact you if they fail to get in touch.

Just to update you. I had contact today one of the people from my reseller. They have, in fact, stopped trading for new clients but are still looking after existing ones. This is the first I knew. As I am also winding my business down my plan is to have the control of domains transferred to myself so keep continuity of mail (as you suggested yesterday). The time for that will be when we disconnect the website in the next 3 months. Again I thank Webwiz support for both advice and help.
