How can users delete conversations? A lot of spam ends up in there.

You can use the spam cleaner tool to delete all the posts and PM's from a spammer.

If you go to the members profile in your forum near the top right of their profile you will find a 'Spam Cleaner' link that will take you to the tool.

That must be an Admin tool because the link does not appear on the profile page for the user.

Tools to delete the posts of other members including the spam cleaner tool are only available to Admin and Moderators.
