Is that a good combination?

Can it be run at all?

This would not be a good combination as the version of IIS that you get with Windows 10 will only allow one person on the forum at a time.

MS Server 20XX seems a little overkill just to run a forum.

Is there any alternative webservers that can be used?

Sorry you will need to have Windows Server to run Web Wiz Forums.

Windows 10 is a desktop OS and and is fine for development, but doesn't have the tools or networking resources to host a website or forum on the Internet.

Microsoft intentionally do this requiring you to buy a server license to have the resources to run websites on the internet.
