I think it would be beneficial to have a mod which would allow
forum Admins and Moderators to monitor a particular users posts.

I found with one user I had to remove his posts and warn him. it would be nice to monitor his actions on the forum for a period of time to make sure he is not violating rules of the forum.

What do you think?

Maybe I should have been more clear. To have all posts from a particular user emailed to administrators.

Just pointing out a slight problem: If the member you want to monitor is a troublemaker, they might know you're getting all their posts emailed, and that would be a good way to SPAM your email...
