I know this forum already allows each member to set a time offset from the forum, but I want to set a default time offset that would apply for all new members and members who are not logged in. My server is in a US timezone while most of my members are in the UK.

Maybe for the next version you can replace all instances of now() with a function to compensate for the time difference

I did look into implmenting it but it was replaced with one that the user can do for themselfs, to have it so the default time off-set for the whole forum to be changed lead to to many incompatibility problems and so was dropped.
