Overflow means you are putting to large into too small. So basically trying to put memo content into a varchar field will give you a overflow or putting doubles into integers... Make sure the field types are set correctly. I would create the SQL tables with the script and then do an export or bulk import..

Why not use the DTS Import/Export functionality of SQL Server to import the Access tables?

yeah, why do the text file thing

simply click on the DB in Enterprise Manager, select "All tasks", "import data" and follow the wizard

super easy stuff

"OverFlow" is a bug in access, i believe updating to the latest service pack for your version will fix the error.(assuming your not using Access 97)
