Hello,

I am running version 7.01 Access 2000 version after converting from 6.34 Access 2000 version.  Currently if a guest is logged on to my website and they click on the Active Topics button it displays all topics even the restricted access ones.  It doesn't grant them access to the post, however they see the subject line.  Is there a way to hide private forums subject lines from being viewed with the Active Topics button?

Thanks!

Set them as hidden forums when setting them up, but then they won't appear to anyone in the active topics.

There is a mod for the Access version. The setting of grouppermissions for all forums is required for the mod to work correctly.

Zamal... would that Mod work on SQL server if you change "TRUE" for "1" ?

I think it would. Just also make sure that you are running the SQL query in the file and not the stored procedure.
Or you could modify the stored procedure.
