I'm going to use great forum like 7, b3 on several sites...Could you tell me please, will have I ability to convert database from beta 3 to release version?
I mean automatic or manual (with simple instruction) way?

I think at least instruction how to convert 7b3->7 we'll have?
All populare free products support such ability...

There was a rumor that it would not be free before Version 7 Beta 1 came out but Bourg said it will still be free.

Guys,

I think that board still be free, but my point is about 7.0b3 ->7.0 final database migration....

Could I use 7.0b3 in production and perform db convert (manual or automatic) in future?

You might perhaps be able to perform the changes manually, but i think Borg still has a lot of changes to do in the Code and the database, before the final version is released.

Each release comes with a text file called version history.txt which covers all the changes, including database changes between each version.

I'm afraid not, only use the beta for testing, don't use it on a live site.

If I also support upgrading bewteen betas I will never have any free time.
