Is it possible to store the emoticons, Altivares, images, enz. in the webwizard database

I Know you can put pictures in a database and show the on a site

Of is this to many overhead for the database

The emoticons are kept in an array in 1 include file in Web Wiz Forums, all you need do is edit this one file.

It hasn't been placed in the database becuase of the extra ovberhead on the database. I'm trying to get the most performance form the forum for the amount of features that are included so database fields and data are kept to a minimum.
