Subject: Changing Name of access db

Major newbie here to the mb world, but have determined that I need to change the name of the default access db file for security purposes. Prob even put into different folder in root file as well. However, doesn't that mean that I will need to change the path in the congif file?? Can anyone let me know how to proceed? I have a feeling if I just change the name of the access db file that the mb will no longer work!

This all depends on the application you are using and the way the way
the application connects to the database. You haven't said.
If it is one from this site then you usaully find it in the common.asp
file and you simply change the driver string to reflect the new path
and lcation from the file.
If you are using the Web Wiz Forums application there is a step by step
guide on how to do this by clicking on the 'Forum Documentation' link
in the left hand navigation menu of this page.

Thank you! I downloaded the version 7.01 from webwiz site directly, but I did add as skin to it - don't think that changes anything. I'll check out the 'Forum Documentation' link like you suggested - thank you!
