top forum only tops the thread

Has anyone else noticed that when you top all forum, the post gose to all forums.

When you top just "this" forum, it only tops the thread, and not the forum.

Isn't that what sticky dose, just top the one thread?

If you mean announcements (this forum) then yes it is simular to sticky topics but shows a different logo and also takes priority over sticky topics, so it is useful if you need to annouce something in a particular forum.
