With WWF webmaster can limit the upload image file size, but can't limit the actual image size, so if user upload a large actual size image, we will see a page like this: ------------- http://acer.hothome.net - http://acer.hothome.net |

I would just edit or delete a post like that. There's an image component that tell you the height and width of images. I use it at http://comicsportfolio.com - http://comicsportfolio.com to keep the image size between 150 and 500 pixels. That only works for uploaded images.
