I am getting the following error when I try to test a database connection in Dreamweaver UltraDev.
Connection refused to host: [216.145.68.112:1099]; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: OpenTransport error -3260; connection refused. Can anyone help me with this? I'm stumped. I've never seen this error before. The database I am trying to access in on a Windows 2000 server with IIS 5 and was built in Access 2000. Thanks in advance for any help!
