Web Wiz Forums v7.01

After creating a new forum, and then logging in to the forums, the icon to the left of the forum name was the icon that indicates Open Forum [new posts], even though there are no topics or posts yet.

I noticed this while logged in as the administrator, so I logged out and then logged in as a normal user, but the incorrect icon was also displayed for the normal user. When I logged the normal user out and then logged him back on, the correct icon was displayed - Open Forum [no new posts].

Refresh problem? Bug?
