I'm sure some one will move it to the correct forum.

There are lots of laws you need to take into account when storing credentials on a database. Your best bet is to do it through a paid service like http://www.securehosting.com/ - http://www.securehosting.com/ , then they are responsible for the datas protection, encryption etc. If you slapped someones credit details in an access database on your website im sure your breaking a lot of laws. |
