That depends very much on the mail-server-software you are running. It is possible with a few I know, which one are you running.

Im not sure what mail server im runing. But if i need to install something i can get my host to install it, they have in the paste.

All i know is it is a Windows 2000 server with IIS.

you need a lot more than that!

the code is going to big time vary on what email server it is

Try running a telnet command:
telnet mail.domain.com 110
where mail.domain.com would be your pop3 and 110 your pop3 port. It might return something like:
+OK X1 NT-POP3 Server mail.domain.com (IMail 7.13 859991-4)
And you would know they are running an IMail server.

If the result is insufficient run mail.domain.com in your browser, a lot of hosts set up a web interface for mail which is usually branded.

well I get something similar but if you try others like webwiz you would get a better result. I guess you'd have to ask you provider.
