a simple question!.. is windows xp able to serve asp.net webpages?

my second question would be... wich app. do i need to edit asp.net webpages?

1) Yes with a web server & framework.

2) http://www.asp.net - www.asp.net has a free program called Web Matrix that has a web server and an editor. You could also use notepad or commercial programs such as Visual Studio or Macromedia studio.
