1) Yes with a web server & framework. 2) http://www.asp.net - www.asp.net has a free program called Web Matrix that has a web server and an editor. You could also use notepad or commercial programs such as Visual Studio or Macromedia studio. Cheers, ------------- There have been many, many posts made throughout the world...
