Hello,

I'm trying to register as a new user on my forum, and it appears that when I go to do that, IE/windows explorer whatever pulls up a login box as if it wants me to log in.

When I click register, and click accept it pops up the login box.

Has anyone seen this problem? I think its a config problem in IIS, possibly but I need some pointers/help
