It seems that moderators are able to edit posts posted by Admins. Is there a way to prevent this?

Is there a forum that doesn't allow MODs to edit ADMINs? As a super MOD with VBulletin I can edit the ADMINs and I'd imagine regular MODs can as well. With VBulletin you can edit without the edited by notice, so at WWF gives readers the heads up about the post being edited.
