I have deleted a user from my forum at the users request. The same user wants to register again to use the forum, but he can't as it keeps saying that his email address is already being used. Is there a way that I can fix this?

Are you sure he hasnt tried to sign up twice? There must be another username in the database that has the email he is trying to sign up with. If you can, download the database and check tblAuthor to see what username has the email he is trying to sign up with.

Also make sure the user is delete and not just suspened.
