I administer a site for the Texas Tactical Police Officer's Association and we are using this forum. One of the members is having a problem logging in and I can't figure out why. The forum has been setup to only allow registered members to view topics. I've been able to login as him and view topics, etc. When he attempts to login, he receives the following message:

"Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

A security error has occurred with authentication.
Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser, and you are not using a saved or cached copy of the page."

I told him to make sure that he has enabled cookies. Has anyone come across this error before? He's an AOL user, would that make any difference?

The person needs to enable cookies on their browser (make sure there security settings are not to high that cookies are blocked) and also make sure they don't have any cookie blocking software running, like in programs like Zone Alarm Pro, Norton Internet Security, etc.
