Is VAT applicable for companies not located in Europe, but selling to EC customers? If applicable. is there any minimum volume of sales (in $) for registering for VAT? Do you need to collect VAT regardless of the volume of sales? (irrespective of, say whether the sales are less than $1000 per year to EC countries).
