From where in the admin menu, i can add moderators in (V7.1)????????????????????????????

well when logged in as an admin go to the person you want as a moderators profile click edit profile and near the bottom of there profile, there is an option to select to set them as a moderator or in others groups and you can assign someone to moderate a forum through the admin panel functions.
