Hello,

My forum has become very slow. I have the latest version and use a SQL database. I believe the problem revolves around the permissions table. tblpermmissions has more than 1100 records and this might be the cause of the slow page loads. Has anyone experienced this? Could adding an index to the table help? I also have a few thousand members and almost 200 forums, could this be causing a problem also?

1100 records in the permissions table? That is quite a bit/ Also that many forums will slow down. You should consider consolidating some of your forums and permissions.
