How can I change Encoding Of my Forum to Unicode (UTF-8) and LTR direction to RTL?

I tried add these to skin_file.asp after second line: Session.CodePage = 65001 Response.CharSet = "utf-8" Every thing is ok but when I want edit my posts in input section Encoding is Wrong ! how correct it ? |
