For v7 forum, how do I delete a register user?

Goto the admin panel and click on the membership admin link. The locate the user in the list and click the the users name. This will bring up a profile of the user. Scroll the the bottom of the page and you should see "Delete this member" under the the "admin and moderator functions". Click the checkbox and update profile. Thats it..
