How do you create a poll? I do not see any buttons. I have given the correct settings in the admin area. Also how do you upload images and files?

you have to set permissions for that user group to have them rights in the forum you added it to

i think its "Group Permissions"

tick the "upload image" and "upload files" and "create polls" then when you have done that

to create a poll:
go to the forum you set the permissions to, and and next to the "New Topic" Button theres a "New Poll" or "Create Poll" or sumfin

to upload a picture:
again, go to the forum you set permissions to and next to the Picture button Add Image you will see a picture with an arrow i think, and its that, and with the upload file, its a icon of WinZip and a arrow
