hi
i have installed the site search engine. it seems to be installed and working but it does not return many words? I have it set to search .txt files only. There are 796 files in the directory. It says it has searched them all. If I search for a name, for instance, that i know is in the text files many times it says none found. If i search for "to", it finds 7 hits, there are many more hits than that for the work "to" (quotes omitted). does anyone have any experience with this? Window 2000 Server platform IIS 5, regular expressions version of site search. HELP!!!!!

I figured it out. the text files were saved in UNICODE. I changed them to ANSI text and the search engine works.
