Greetings all, Before I go through the hassle of doing it, has anyone actually integrated the forums with their existing site, and synchronized the user bases? I have an existing site that wants a forum but has a big user table already; I want people to use the same usernames, etc, and only administer their profile from one screen (not in the forum). If nobody's done anything like this yet, guess it's time for me to get to work. :) |

| Not really, just that Site X already has a database with a user table, etc. And now we're going to add forums to the site. The owner of the site doesn't want two logins (first login to identify yourself to the site, and second login to identify yourself to the forums). |
