For security reasons browers can only read in cookies from the site that sets them.

If you use URL masking, domain forwarding, etc. then this can course web browsers not to correctly read in cookies.

You need to connect dirctly to the forum and not go through any type of domain masking, IP masking, etc.

Also if you look up this on the forum there are 100's of posts on this issue.

You must be using some sort of masking as your web site is unable to properly set cookies.

If you have an IP address for the site try connecting to the forum through that.
