If I want to change the style of the scrollbar (on all pages), what file would I insert my css style type in?

Hmm.. what a lame question...  ... well, what can one say, one just woke up! Of course in the default_style.css under Includes.

Add this anywhere in the default_style.css

BODY {
scrollbar-face-color:#900A0C;
scrollbar-highlight-color:#FFFFFF;
scrollbar-3dlight-color:#000080;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color:#000080;
scrollbar-shadow-color:#FFFFFF;
scrollbar-arrow-color:#FFFFFF;
scrollbar-track-color:#000000;
}

I kinda like this style better:

BODY {
scrollbar-face-color: #98ABBC; scrollbar-shadow-color: #98ABBC;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #98ABBC; scrollbar-3dlight-color: #F0F8FF;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #F0F8FF; scrollbar-track-color: #98ABBC;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #98ABBC;
}

Besides its obviously blue/grey shade, it numbs out the 3d look, and makes it all 2d, plus it get rids of the arrows. Simple.. I like simple! Tweak the two colours used as you like  (oh, and by the way, this one aint definitely no safe hex thing!)
