If I want to change the style of the scrollbar (on all pages), what file would I insert my css style type in?

I kinda like this style better: BODY { Besides its obviously blue/grey shade, it numbs out the 3d look, and makes it all 2d, plus it get rids of the arrows. Simple.. I like simple! Tweak the two colours used as you like

wot a very intressting post all i can say is go to the file Vaseline said above then change the colors to what ever you want but you do know it only works in IE 5.5 + right? netscape and Opera dont use it? |
