Can anyone help me to solve the following trouble? My site use 2checkout.com payment. This is the first time I use. My first client pay it in the email link. But 2checkout.com email me that they cannot reach my client through the phone , so they cancel his payment. But when I talk with my client and he said that he has checked with bank and the bank has billed his card. So he pushes me to ship the products. So 2checkout.com said they have canceled, but my client said they have paid. How can I find out who tell the lie ? My brain has been used-up and have no solution on that. Also 2checkout.com is a bad service company because they haven't any phone support or on-live help. Anybody's suggestion is a good gift to me.... Thanks..

the money has been taken out of his bank, and 2checkout.com received it. Then they did a cancell, so he will get his money back soon. I think it takes a few days (sometimes weeks).
2checkout.com really needs to redue there service, i used them for a while and in the last 2 months ive had to pay over $440 chargeback fee's. Piss's me off! ------------- http://www.iportalx.net" rel="nofollow">

I use shareIt. I have been using them for about 4 months now and have had no problems at all. Service has been great and payments no issue. Worth checking out as they work on commission basis no cots except for when somebody buys You can make it look as though it is your site and thay also have the abilty to upload a key gen. if 2checkout.com can get the money, why they cancel the payment and refund back to the bank. They are very afraid of the fraud transaction. But if they really do the refund, do they communicate with the buyer?? Because if they don't let the buyer know that they do not accept his/her payment, buyer will force the seller to ship the products because he/she discovers the bank has really charged his/her card before the refund. 2checkout.com should email the proof of refund to the buyer at once so that buyer will like to pay to the seller in th other way. This is a non-reasonable and stupid procedure.. Why 2checkout.com charge the money first before they accept the payment ? Where can I make the complaint because it has made me to lose the client and business?? Eric

ericftp, What happened in this case... did u shipped the product to your client or not? and did 2Checkout charged you for the refund or not too? just give us experience becoz we will sure face this situation.. or already faced before.... I am sure that there must be a link between 2CheckOut and Network Solution... |
